BLEED AND MARGINS
Full bleed is .125” on all four sides. We recommend a .25” margin on all sides and a .5” gutter when designing a 2 page spread.

DESIGN SPECS
• Be sure your color space is CMYK
• All graphics are 300 dpi at 100%
• Outline or embed all fonts

ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
PDF/X-1a (embed fonts), tiff, jpeg, eps (outline fonts), psd (rasterize fonts).*

Please be sure to include bleed, that all images are sized at 100% with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi and color space is CMYK.

Thank you for allowing us to create your ad! In order to create a quality ad we will need a few things from you first.

• If you plan to furnish us with your logo or other artwork please follow these guidelines:

1. Any logos or graphics must be CMYK, no less than 300 dpi scaled at 100%. Images from websites are generally 72 dpi and are not usable.
   
2. Be sure that any logos or images are saved in one of these accepted file formats: jpeg, tiff, eps, pdf, psd
   
3. Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word are not acceptable file types for images.
   

• When submitting the copy for your ad please be sure to save it as a Microsoft Word or rtf file type.
  
• Please inform us of any preferences you have in terms of layout, color scheme, bold or bulleted text and the type of image you wish to project.
  
• We are more than happy to provide you with a proof prior to publication and to make any changes you may have regarding copy or replacement of images.
